Pulaski, NY - Day 2

Started the second day here by taking a whole walk around Fawn Lake, which turned out to be a little over a mile. I really wanted to check out this old hand painted sign we had passed a few times in the car, and was able to get close enough to get a good pic.

The Stone House Inn sign is so great, and I actually thought it wasn't in business, but after looking it up it seems like it's still around ! We also passed some great things from the power plant nearby, one with a birds nest on the very top.

The Fawn Lake Development also has a really cool sign, which has a cute little deer and fish (that looks like it's talking.)

The dock has a small little "beach" that was covered in really cute and mini footprints from a chipmunk that ran back and forth, we got a few glimpses of him.

And the sunset was great! Out of all the days this one has a nicest array of colors in the sky, and at one point it turned a beautiful golden. I was hoping for some of the dark red colored sunsets we see in Brooklyn, but this was so much better.

After we had a fire too, (we picked up some wood on the walk around the lake) and made s'mores. It was one of the nicer fires we've had over vacations too, no smoke in your face that burns your eyes pff.
